Man, you’d have a blast over here below the dams catching skipjack. Exact Same set up. Just like the shad but there below the dams all summer. Aka....Tennessee tarpon, aka......slime rockets......

I tore them up on White yesterday (Monday) with a 1/16 jig They did not want Chart or the spoons. Tried Pink w/ White and did get a couple, but White was the heat. Water was clear enough I could see many hit the grubs. Most all of them hit in upper 1/4 of the water column.

Nice! my son was up there and tore them up yesterday as well.

Hickories, only caught 1 american there so far this year. My american shad hole on this river is in a different spot and later in the year.
