Short and sweet.

Had a short and sweet hunt tonight with Rampage and Sue. Sue did the work tonight, Rampage stopped long enough to take care of personal business soon as I let him out of the box and that was all the head start she needed. That girl don't mess around.

She hit a track and drove it a little over 500 yds and put it up a leaning tree in a swamp over into another tree and had the coon. Rampage couldn't catch her to she had him up. She gets better every trip.

I found out that she has some typical cur quirks, she won't touch a dead coon when it hits the ground, not even to wool it. Now if I make a bad shot she will pile on it but she will just bay a dead one.
