Buggs Island Bluecats

We've been busy the last several weeks breaking in a new boat, fishing and with very little hunting getting done.

Over the last few weeks we've been able to put some very nice bluecats in the boat or on our dock. We've also been doing some crappie, perch and striper fishing which some of that has been on Gaston.

Great job.

Can't wait. I pick up my new Seaark Jan 5 and after break in and rigging I will be hitting Gaston and Kerr lake for cats also.

What kind of sounder you have on that boat?
Like it and thoughts? Need to find something for mine.

Its a Humminbird SOLIX 12 mega. I’ve had several Humminbird’s and this unit is by far the best. This week I think I have finally got the transducer dialed in and I can read bottom at 26 mph which I could
p read it at a faster speed but it was cold when I tested it.
