Surf fishing Mrytle Beach area

is there any place around Myrtle Beach where you can surf fish? Beach access and what not away from the non fishing crowd Our daughter moved down there a couple months ago and we are planning visit over the holidays and more in the future, I know nothing about the place....been there once years ago.

Go south down past Garden City pier,beach is deserted this time of year.

Myrtle Beach State Park won't be crowded this time of year either. Also there is a fishing pier there but it might be closed for the season by now.. On down below the Murrell's Inlet area there is also Huntington Beach State Park, you surely won't be crowded out there..You can surf fish and walk to the Murrell's Inlet south jetty if you wish...
