Sunday hunting may not be allowed on some public lands (Game Lands) based on land owner participation. They did not say if NCWRC lands would be open or not. On privately owned land that is enrolled in the game land program, the land owners have the right to say yes or no to Sunday Hunting. Private land owners will have a leg up on the rest of us who use public land if this is passed.

Sounds like some land owners in the gl program DO NOT support or want Sunday hunting.
