Corn on high ground or low?

My range starts and ends on high ground, with an elevation change of about 20 feet in the middle. My corn currently is on the far high ground. The area around it is cleared and is about 50' wide. I have another spot that is about 200 yards out and is mowed about 10 feet wide. Think I would have more deer show up in the narrow part?

Go the distance
Common phrases in baseball movie and deer corn piles. They will find it and paw the ground over a corn pile. Watched a spike for a hour plus this am, and then bed . Down 15 yards from a corn pile..

They will eat the corn anywhere they can get it.
I have a buddy that hunts in Southern Rockingham county and backpacks corn in and dumps it in the middle of a fescue hayfield 70 yards from his blind. I like to put corn near the woods edges of fields.
Down at the dog club we put out corn on the road beds.

Corn pile placement isn't that critical if your not seeing deer there's probably another reason
