I suspect fishing will be harder on us than it will be on the fish next week. Haven't seen a projected timeline or track in a day or two though.

Last year after Matthew the ocean color looked like iced tea up to about 5miles out. All that inland water dumping in really messed it up.

Fishing ahead of a storm is historically tremendous as they feed heavier as pressure drops. Post storm it can be iffy at best and people going offshore will typically concentrate more on areas of warm water (using the satellite views for temp breaks). Fortunately Irma keeps tracking further west (now predicted to go from central FL up to west of Atlanta and north/northwest towards Nashville) so we shouldn't see as much disruption or stirring of the water as initially expected
