What kind of boat is this? (John Skinner, flounder fisherman)

Guys, I've watched a lot of John Skinner's videos on youtube. It's terrible stuff to watch if you rarely catch good flounder but want to. (I do suggest you look at some. He's an excellent teacher.) He's not all fancy shmancy, but down-to-earth and to-the-point. He fishes from shore, kayak, and boat. His boat is nothing fancy, even his 'new' one (1974 he says).

Looks like a old Wellcraft that he has gutted and redone. They are long and narrow like that with narrow washboards.
