Twelve Pointer
I went out this morning to Catfish Lake in the Croatan National Forest, just to go out on my boat and watch the sunrise. I launched my little boat from the last pull off (towards northwest side of the lake) along the road that parallels the lake. After paddling around for a little while I headed towards the far bank (south bank) and noticed that it was so thick there wasn't really anywhere I could pull the boat up. Does anyone know if there's any areas along that bank where it would be possible to get up on shore? Maybe I need to paddle more southwest, it looked like there was more forest in that direction.
