Probably a long shot but WTH. I'll be around Nags Head 1-2 days per week for the next year. You can cold believe I will be taking advantage of it, even if I have to go it alone. I know the blind laws are crazy around there and I am doing some research now. With that stated, if anyone knowledgeable in that area is looking for a hunting partner, let me know. I've got blocks, layout boat, gas money, and a sausage/egg biscuit for ya - and maybe even a place to stay for a night. Any friendly advice is appreciated also. Just PM me. Appreciate it y'all.
