Sausage ring
1 can of jumbo crescent rolls.
8 oz cream cheese
1lb deer breakfast sausage
Brown sausage. Drain.
Add cream cheese and mix well with sausage. Set aside.
Spread out crescent rolls flat on a baking sheet and form a 10" ring.
Add sausage mixture in center of crescent dough.
Wrap dough around to form so it forms roll.
Bake at 375 until roll is golden brown. 10-15 min.
TIP- If time permits I stick the sausage/ cheese mixture in fridge for 30min before forming ring. It re absorbes juices and also makes it easier to form the ring.
It's yummy.
