Went with the wife and went out checking some spots and wouldn't you know it.. I made a couple of yelps and at 1240 pm, two fired up and started gobbling at me. TOLD me wife they better not do that is a month.. They would be easy to call in.... They then went to hammering every thing I did.. Lucky I was on one side of a large creek and they were on another. They came toward us, but never crossed the water. Wife who's never went hunting with me really enjoyed listening.. Can't wait for her to see one up close and gobble at us..

omg- YOU HAVE TRAINED THEM TO AVOID A CALL FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON! BETTER FIND SOME MORE AND WHATEVER YOU DO DONT MAKE A SOUND!
