Whole, skin on wood duck

Old Mossy Horns
This will be a progressive thread, as I haven’t cooked them just yet.

2 drake Woodies - plucked w/skin on.

Marinade consisting of soy, Worcestershire, lime juice, honey, Sriracha Cha, a splash of Dales and black pepper - mixed well.

Put ducks in ziploc, take a couple gloves of garlic and just break, then toss in bag. Pour marinade over ducks and garlic.

Toss in the fridge, turning occasionally.
