Not done eating yet… figured I’d send a pic before it’s unrecognizable. I love whole fish and wonder sometimes who thought just fillets were a good idea. (Off Spanish anyways)

Mixed the batter. 16oz sour cream and 16oz cream cheese with lemon juice, minced red onionbacon, dill, pepper, and salt.

Some good stuff.
12 trout yielded 2.5# of smoked meat.
Made 7 tubs for the freezer and one tub for me to devour this week.

What’s one of those run and where do you get one?

Good ones run $25-$35 on Amazon. I've never seen one in a store.

This was a goodwill find. $5 I think. Took about 5 minutes to mix Masa, and form and press 8 tortillas. Probably could've been faster, but I was impressed with the ease over my former style. I also use parchment paper to keep them from sticking.

Chicken burrito bowl 2 nights ago. Chicken with red beans and rice last night. Smash burgers tonight.
