What y’all eating

Mophet

Button Buck
Just a backstrap with some montreal steak seasoning thrown on the grill. My 8 year old girl loves venison and ate half of it. Wish the rest of the family would eat it.

Tastes like home....Just need some sweet tea, slaw and hush puppies to go with it. Still not as good as Stephensons.

I did a large BB yesterday on the smoker, easiest, moist and most tender I can remember using the hottest temp on my smoker,275, taking it off and wrapping it tightly in aluminum foil at 160 degrees then back in the smoker to 200 degrees.
Never changed the temp on my smoker, amazingly delicious.

That's how I do most of mine. 275 seems to be the best (to me) when considering time & flavor.
