I did a large BB yesterday on the smoker, easiest, moist and most tender I can remember using the hottest temp on my smoker,275, taking it off and wrapping it tightly in aluminum foil at 160 degrees then back in the smoker to 200 degrees.Tastes like home....Just need some sweet tea, slaw and hush puppies to go with it. Still not as good as Stephensons.

Never changed the temp on my smoker, amazingly delicious.
