I just dropped something in the kitchen trash can and got an awesome reminder of last nights dinner.

a buddy smoked two porterhouses and brought them over.

I’m getting hungry thinking about them.

Smoked some wings. I can’t seem to duplicate them crispy anymore. I’ve been lucky and had the skin so crispy it would crack and break before off the Akorn.
Chili garlic, honey and my homemade sauce mixed with ranch to top

you lost me at ranch. But I had wings too.

1lb Italian sausage, 1 chopped onion, 1 chopped bell pepper. Cook until sausage is browned. Drain if desired. Add 4 cups beef broth, 1 can diced tomatoes and green chiles, 1tblspn basil, 1 tblsp oregano, garlic powder to your taste. Bring to boil. Add 2 cups of instant rice, and one sliced zucchini. Boil 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until rice is done and zucchini is tender.
