Deer burger tacos last night, here are the first 2 of many. And deer ham cubes prepared in an iron skillet tonight. Taco deer from 2023, cubes from 2016 (had lost that package in the freezer}...

I know you put a hurtin on that plate. You got a knife, spoon, and fork ready to go. When your grits turn yellow like that you know you have the right amount of butter. I am curious, after you took this pic how many of those little packets of pepper did it take you to cover your food

Nothing but Styrofoam, bits of grits and butter/grease left. Packets?? I've got salt AND pepper shakers in the cab!! Sometimes I put the pepper shaker on improved cylinder.

That’s how that plate was should look when you finished. When I saw that little salt and pepper packet in the pic I was like they just pissed him off if that’s all they gave. Switched it up a bit. Instead of 3 fried eggs, I got double scrambled eggs under grits, 1 smoked and 1 country sausage. Eggs this way was a nice switch. Couple of blasts from my improved cylinder pepper shaker.

Simply Thai, in Elon, knows what hot is. Well at least *I* think so anyway, to the point I order it normal and get chili oil on the side…cus I don’t trust them sonsabeeches to not try to kill me

Deer brats, Beer and Brat mustard, Sauerkraut, and fried onions and Bell peppers. I slept GOOOOOOD last night !

Wild turkey noodle soup. Usually make it like Campbell's chicken noodle but I added a little heavy cream we had sitting in the fridge.

Hot smoked salmon and eggs. Never hot smoked salmon before but tried it yesterday and it turned out good. I love some cold smoked salmon, and it has about the same flavor.
