Quick lunch while doing some stonework, I'm not even sure what muscle it is but a random muscle out of an aged deer ham smothered in blue cheese, man it was good.
Yes it does, I had a couple bites without cheese and they were very good, reminder me of aged sirloin beef, have a whole beef sirloin aging right now, 3 weeks in and looking good.Blue cheese works awesome with deer meat
I guarantee it is better since there is no bleu cheese involved in this one.I don't know,, this whole pepper crusted deer tenderloin might be better than yesterday's steak.
Working right next to the grill has its advantages.
