Old Mossy Horns
Trying the coon hash now. It's good..real good!! I'll save the majority of it for tomorrow. Acid reflux concerns. Lol. Only added a little salt, no hot sauce. I wanted to see what it is supposed to taste like as "plain" coon hash. It has a little black pepper, red pepper, sage and onion. Been missing out for sure. Won't be my last!! The chef..he's about 77, part Lumbee, as good as they come!! Still works on a farm.

That’s a Spanish omelette medium with jalapeños taters and onions fried (home fries to me) sausage gravy on top and their biscuit which is really good
