Why not build your own?
You can get a chambered barrel for a rem 700 or savage, both can be done with a barrel nut and the tools are cheap for a vise and wrench..
Even if you needed a normal barrel vise and wrench for the 700 they are not much.
After that get the headspace gauges and set it in a good stock maybe a B&C along with some good rings and one pc rail.
Scopes, they will blow your mind trying to sort out everything each will do and what one will work best.
For hunting in the woods and low light you will want to have something 5 power or less for the low and if you want to hunt fields something in a 12 to 15 power high.
There are many good scopes you could use in the common 3x12 or 4.5x14, just stick with name brand and read up along with price so you get the best sale and deal then you will be fine.
