What is your thoughts on this knife/tool

Twelve Pointer
Most of us realize that edged tools of any kind quickly become exercises in compromise if we use them outside the parameters of their design. Chopping tools can certainly cut and cutting tools can certainly chop, but the result is usually marginal and neither are worth a hoot at prying.

Tools like this have serious merit as a general purpose edged tool and the basic design has been around for some time now in the Becker (BK3) TacTool. Due to some interaction with them during various training assignments over the years, I found out the Becker Tool was a favorite amongst some of the SF guys at Ft. Bragg.

My big one, stays on the ATV and another in the truck for hunting, trail work, camping, all types of stuff.
I find it better then the larger blades to use for trimming trees and lanes.
