It's a Coopers Hawk, I believe.
Actually wondered that myself with the tail colors at first, but not knowing the actual lighting, thought there might be a hint of brown in those shoulder feathers...went with RSH...should have double-checked online

It can be hard to tell the difference and I sometimes struggle with IDing these hawks. Because of its size, I believe this one is a Cooper's hawk.
