Made them for the guys at hunt camp this weekend and they were KILLER! For those of you that dont know red neck slang that means awesome. Take small thin cube steaks. If its thick you can hit it with a tenderizer mallet. Put a teaspoon of cream cheese and two jalapeno peppers from a jar and roll it up with a half piece of bacon on the outside. Stick a toothpick through it to hold it together. Marinate them in dales seasoning for about 30 minutes before cooking. Cook on the grill, either propane or charcoal and enjoy.
