Venison cabbage rolls

Venison cabbage rolls cooked in a electric pressure cooker on high for 25 mins, let simmer 10 mins. with pressure on.

2 lbs ground venison
1 lg onion diced
2 eggs
1 cup white rice
2 tbs Worcestershire
1 tsp kosher salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
Cabbage leaves should be blanched for flexibility to roll.

Sauce
2 cans tomato soup
2 cans of water
2 cloves garlic diced
1/2 red pepper diced
2 tsp sugar

Also had fried squash and baked new potatoes.

Questions.
Do you cook the ingredients before putting them in the cabbage?
Do you add sauce afterwards?
Or do you mix everything up raw and put in the cabbage leaf, add sauce and cook? How long cook time? Temp?

Pardon the questions, I’m not very good at “on the fly” when it comes to a new recipe.

Apologies everyone.

All the ingredients were raw or uncooked.

Blanch the cabbage leaves so they can be rolled easier without breaking. Cut some of the heavier leaf vein away.

Mix the meat and ingredients in a bowl much like you would meatloaf.
Hand form large meatballs to fit into a single leaf and roll them.
(This made 11 cabbage rolls)

Mix the sause in a separate bowl until the soup and water have combined well.
Pour the cold sause over the cabbage rolls and cook together.

Cabbage rolls were cooked in a electric pressure cooker on high for 25 minutes, leave the pressure on for another 10 minutes at simmer after the timer has go off. Let remaining pressure off.

You can also cook these in the oven covered at 350° for 75 minutes cheak the rice for tenderness.

(I use this same general recipe for
stuffed bell peppers.)
I like yellow, red or orange bell peppers cut in half and seeded for this. Sometimes green peppers bother me but they are good as well.
