Added legs, thighs from one bird, bit of water, 1/2 an onion, black pepper and cracker boy seasoning salt,,Pressured cooked for 50 then slow warmed another hour (i was knee deep in something with grandboy). Took meat out and pulled from bone.

Turkey with Sweet Chili Sauce

MY legs and thighs are looking great after humping up and down all kinds of terrain for a month trying to procure some of THOSE legs and thighs. Unfortunately, that’s all I have to show for it. That looks awfully good, especially to the “turkey deprived “.

I hate to think how much wonderful turkey meat is wasted every year by those that take the breast only. I use every bit and love it all. Those photos look awesome Woodmoose, for sure hold onto that wife!
