Saw a post the other day on here using the legs in a recipe. Can you post or lead me to it. Or how do others make use of the legs?
Thanks

Any sort of slow cook method. Par-boil them, pick the meat, and then use them for whatever you want. I've made curry with them before that was very good (although you could put just about anything in curry and not notice).

We made fajitas. 1 to 1 1/2 hours in pressure cooker. Add onions, celery, favorite seasonings.

Meat will pull off bones by then. Shred and follow instructions on fajitas mix packet. Or make your own blend. We found that the legs and thighs resemble beef in texture and flavor.
