turkey hearts and gizzards cooked in the pressure cooker with seasonings, a bit of olive oil and 2 cups of water,,,,26 minutes on high;

asparagus and thin sliced onions drizzled with hog jowl fat, seasoned with garlic pepper and roasted at 400 until done,,,,

dang I eat good,, that pressure cooker does the gizzards 'just right' for tenderness

Looks real good for me I'd have reolace the onion and garlic though maybe some mustard green with that fat. Only way I do onion is to flavor while frying then toss it
