Trapping Season Ends - Order Your Tags

OK NC Trappers, season ends today for everything but beaver. You have only 30 days to get your otter, bobcat and fox (if required) tagged. Don't put off ordering your tags as the WRC will only mail them to you for 23 days after the season closes. After the 23rd day they must be purchased from the WRC headquarters in Raleigh. That is the only location that issues those tags.

Beaver still open? Is not nutria and coyote still open?

Beaver is open until the end of March.

Nutria is open year round east of I77.

Coyote is closed until Nov.1 (There are some exceptions where county fox trapping laws are in place with earlier opening dates.)
