I just relooked birth date and I guess technically he is "just" 9 1/2 years old,,,

and the old warrior yesterday,,,,as he came out of the creek bottom chasing a cottontail and trying to figure where it went (it looped around that small pond - I don't shoot many rabbits on my land,,,keep them for running and fox food),,,,

Yep those sr. citizens still love it. I have several here that love to take a spin. My buddy here in the house I can't let him out at night without company. Especially warmer foggy or drizzly nights. Those were his absolute favorites. The other night when it was like that he woke me up at 2:00am and when I walked out on the porch he didn't stop at his favorite place to take a leak. I gave him the aaaaaaan't. He froze but gave me the stank eye, next that head went up and that nose was working, he tried three more times to start off but I had to put the aaaaaaan't on him. He finally relented. It hurts my heart, but he has too many ailments to let him go.
