Roll them in a light coat of olive oil and season them up......roll them in the skillet for as long as you feel necessary....I like em with a little char on them

Yeap - i like okra cooked simple - no flour / meal and no deep fried (though its good that way too)

Pickled okra is good too

That looks fantastic. Have you ever posted your recipe/process for the sausage?

Love some okra steamed in the microwave with salt and pepper almost better than fried

Norman’s processing out west of Carrboro about 6 miles made the sausage......I’m too lazy.....he does a nice job with it!
