Nah, my youngest brother and his wife are on a "Thanksgiving cruise" this year.
They live in Asheville...
My brother is not a lost cause and has the same views as the rest of us.
His wife is liberal AF though.

We had a family reunion over the summer that accidentally became political when the Trump assassination attempt happened.
Sis-in-law was vastly outnumbered and didn't say anything though.

No. I have 2 to go to tomorrow, my parents side, who are very conservative.

Second is the inlaws....some of the younger ones likely have some left progressive thinking but it likely won't come up.

I will definitely stir the pot with my neice and her husband…. I love them both - and have no clue how they voted this time- but I’m going to get it started…..they’re all Taylor fans… so the kids are indoctrinated by her

I don’t even know what to say about my 80 year old Dad with TDS

No libs coming to Thanksgiving. Christmas might be a little different. We don't have any true liberals in our family, but we've got some that have spent way too long listening to CNN and Gretchen Whitmer.

Almost had a knockdown-drag-out with my BIL at my MIL’s house during the 2nd Clinton adm.

The decision was made that day moving forward no more political discussions during the holiday get togethers.

My DIL ( I love her ) is from NY city. She’s pretty much what you’d expect. , but she respects that politics need not be brought up at the table.

My sister isn’t a liberal, but she hates Trump. When we all say what we are grateful for, I plan to say Trump and do the dance. Her and her 2 20 year old daughters are sure to have something to say🤣
Video of said dance at the dinner table is required to preserve the moment.

My former manager and long time friend going all the way back to 1970 was living in The Villages in FL and my wife and I were in Orlando for a week so we all decided to meet at the Hard Rock casino in Tampa for dinner and some gaming. We're in the Green Room having a nice dinner and conversation when my wife made a slightly derogatory remark about Obama. The mood went sour and their response was surprisingly hostile, so much so that the dinner was over, the conversation was over, and they loaded up and booked it back to the Villages. That was the last we ever heard from them. C'est la vie!
