Sous Vide Venison Tenderloins

Had Success on the family farm. First thing cooked was the tenderloins in a Sous Vide. Salt and pepper the meat. Soak in the Sous Vide bath at 130° for an hour. Reverse sear in a cast iron skillet with garlic and butter. Placed tenderloins on a cauliflower puree with a balsamic reduction. The wife went back for thirds!!!!
