NOAA said 1 to 2 foot seas but the ocean was almost flat off Carolina Beach this morning. Water temp is 74 and we did manage to catch 5 nice Spanish when the blues would leave the bait alone long enough. And that's my buddy Cap'n Frank getting the boat in order while I clean the fish. We came in at low tide and he couldn't climb the ladder to the cleaning station. But hey, that's what I'm there for.
