Three ways

first way

took breast,,, flattened with meat pounder,,, wetted with an egg wash,,, rolled in Panko seasoned (Cracker Boy and Black Pepper),, fried in olive oil,,,,

second was breast cooked as a "steak",,,, flattened a bit,,, seasoned with garlic pepper and black pepper,,, fast sauteed in olive oil to medium ish

both were excellent eats,,,

then for dessert,,,,

put two sets of legs and thighs (4 total) into the ol electric pressure cooker,,,

2 cups of bird broth,,,, think it was duck (didn't label it well)

cut up medium onion

seasoned with Cracker boy and black pepper

cooked for 30 minutes

deboned

measured liquid to double check then put liquid, meat, and bones back into cooker

add appropriate amount of basmati rice

cooked on "auto setting"

served with quartered cucumber

I like eating snow geese

may have a new "hobby",,, hhmmmm,, wonder if i could convince wife that 30 days hunting the conservation season was "food gathering"???

The first two would definitely get a 👍the third I kinda was thinking hard about but you suckered me in with the rice. I would have to try it.
