It really wasn’t that much meat, (well, compared to filling it up with ~300lb of butts) only about 80 lbs total. 5 racks of beef ribs @5lbs per. 4 racks of spares @4 per. 12 lbs of sausage, and 3 butts @9 cut into steaks.You either have a bigger family than I thought or way more friends than I do!!!!

Them smaller cuts take up a lot more room! I didn’t even decide I was cooking until Friday… I had a hankering for a beef rib and FatMan burns the same amount of wood empty or full so I texted a few people
