Old Mossy Horns
Have a plan for Dove Taco tonight for dinner!
Hand chopped some smoked bacon ends. The ends of the bacon have more fat.
Also hand chopped some onions and some Dove.
Cooked the bacon and onion for a head start then added in the dove. Let it cook up then used some bulk taco seasoning I get and let it cook up then added some beer.
Sure has a great smell!
Time to eat.
