Anybody ever had one? They are very much like a spiny lobster. I poached it whole in court bouillon. He looks small but had about 12 ounces of meat in the tail. Delicious with drawn butter.
Much sweeter than a spiny crayfish, we used to net them all the time when I was a kid working the shrimp boat, much more often than spinys.
Broiled with real butter and lemon juice...tough to beat.
