Old Mossy Horns
It's that time of year. With the sun angle waxing, I'm naturally seeing hints of the coming spring.
The week before Christmas, I heard the first doves calling out for love. Those guys get started mighty early every year.
With all the cold weather and the frustrations that this year's fall-winter season brought me, it's been tough to think a lot of spring. But Monday morning I was listening to a flock of birds on the roost, and one of them let out a booming spring-time gobble.
Got the juices flowing.... so I had to start this thread.
