Per recommendations from folks here I called Sig awhile back about the problem I'd had with battery drainage in my Romeo5 Red Dot. Full disclosure, I told them I'd bought it "used but new condition" from Amazon. They said "no problem, send it to us" and sent me an email with a FedEx label.
They evaluated it, found that it indeed had a problem and was out of spec. They sent me out a brand new one as a replacement, got it from FedEx this morning. Total turnaround from shipping it out to receiving the new unit was about two weeks.

Gotta love dealing with people who stand behind their products, this won't be my last Sig purchase....
