Sharptail in the Airfryer

Woodmoose inspired me to try some sharptail in the airfryer.

I combined olive oil, some smoked cayenne pepper (crushed,) onion powder and garlic salt, basted the bird, and air fried it at 325 for 18 minutes. I recoated in butter and broiled it at 500 for about 7 minutes (though 4 might be the right amount of time next time.)

I made a sauce of worcestshire and mayonnaise.

Don't ever let anyone tell you Sharptails taste like liver. Delicious. Tender.

NOTHING tastes like liver but liver. I can't stand it, I have tried liver about every way you can fix it but it is just more than I can handle. It smells so good but starts growing soon as I start chewing. I have had sharptail several ways and like them.
