With the cooler temps they have been active. I’ve bumped deer out of my backyard the past two mornings and yesterday evening. Tons of mast (I’ve got muscadines and some acorns dropping back there now) and the deer are feasting. I’d be out there with a bow tomorrow afternoon but it’s a very good possibility the wife is going to have our first child before the week is out. Got to get all the last second chores out of the way before little guy makes his entrance to the world.

Those are some studs! Hope you can catch up to one. Largest rubs and sheds I’ve found on public land here have been over towards the GA side of the state.

yep- this pretty weather has helped with the death of a bunch for sure. and i mean bigguns.
Of course next week will bring out the "it's too hot" mantra.LOL.
