Old Mossy Horns
Inherited this one from my dad. I remember seeing this shotgun ever since I was a little kid, but as far as I knew, dad never shot it - didn’t think it was safe for some reason. He was right.

Took it to a gunsmith that does good work, but is slow and customer service is terrible. After about 1.5 yrs I finally got it back. They had to do a little custom work and get a part or two from an A5, but they say it’s operational again & safe.

Planning to shoot it for the first time this weekend.

It isn’t pretty, but it’s interesting.

Don’t know much about them other than what ive read here and there.

JMB classic. Be careful when letting the bolt go. I had one with stuck firing pin, 12 gauge and #00 buck went off when I pushed release. Luckily I had it pointing away from me and guy standing near.
