Ruger RST4

Picked this up from my uncle - in original box with receipt and manual. Really solid condition, I’d be surprised if 50 rounds have been through it. Not worth a ton from what I can gather, but an interesting piece still - I believe the RST4 was the predecessor to the Mark I series.9DEE0EA7-835A-40AD-BCBA-CECFAC85D1CA.jpeg

Very nice, but you are right that even with the box they don't bring much $$. Maybe because they are so hard to take apart.

I bought one in the 80s at a yard sale for $30. It's a very reliable pistol and it's never been apart.
Some Birchwood and Casey gun scrubber and a drop or two of gun oil and it's like new.

That gun with a 6" barrel was my first .22 pistol. Mine came with checkered walnut grips (instead of plastic) and cost sixty something dollars OTD in the early 70's. I shot a zillion rounds through that pistol.
