Well curiosity got ahold of me, so I looked it up on Rugers site. It is considered a Mark I and was built in 1973. I'm not worried about value, but it can't be worth too much. It still shoots great for a 42 year old weapon.This is the old aforementioned pistol. I've never looked it up, so all knowledge is appreciated.
This is the only one I have of mine, it's a Mark II with the 6 7/8 heavy tapered barrel...
I used to shoot squirrels in the head with this one, before cataract surgery...If I remember
correctly, it took my daughter 3 shots to cut this clump of mistletoe out of the tree...She prefers this
pistol over my .22 rifle for doing this...
Best looking gun yet.
Got that covered.That one looks kinda like mine. You're gonna need a safe just for Ruger auto pistols if ya keep going.
