Yes sir. In fact, I'd be happy to meet you at the test and explain what I know about it. I've just started running tests last year but we've been doing them consistently and while I sure don't know it all, I'm happy to share what I've learned. If you like sporting/hunting dogs, you won't have a bad time. I enjoy watching others dogs run them almost as much as I do running my own. Come on down.....I'll PM my number to you

Yep. I’ve been going and watching finished/master after Katy’s runs so I can get exposure to those tests too

Added another master pass ribbon each down in MS this weekend. Two more passes each for that MH title.
Katy picked up another HRC seasoned pass this weekend in Cheraw. Yesterday we had a couple issues. One was my fault and one was a very, very late throw on a diversion bird - see photo. It was supposed to be a diversion on the way back from a blind. I shot when the bird was thrown and it was too much for her that close. Those days make the wins even better. Ultimately, we are just having fun until duck season.
Today was much better and she had a good show on a tougher water series that knocked a good number of dogs out.
I think we are finally done with tests until the Fall. Solid finish to the Spring hunt test season. Looking for her HR title in the Fall & starting Master level tests in AKC. Learned a lot and had fun doing it.
Note the smoke - that’s a little too much “diversion”

Both girls picked up another ribbon at a midweek test down in Alabama. They each need one more for the MH titles.

Another ribbon and the title for Goshen Swamp’s Livin’ on the Edge (Aero) MH, which makes her qualified for Nationals this year. She has been running very solid the last 5 months under her new trainer.

Phe’s (dog we lost a couple weeks ago) daughter earned her 6th master pass today, getting her Master Hunter title and qualification for Nationals this year. Add another ribbon to the stack.

Not a hunt test, but ribbons are ribbons. Katy placed in her dock diving event today. Two 3rds and a 1st. Second time she’s ever done a dock diving competition. It was local and something to kill time until duck season while it’s hotter than forty hells.

Thats dogs a trooper, i can attest to that. Made small work trudging thru Johns river marsh mud. Full of energy. I think she was like, we're here, where are the ducks you promised.
Did some live flyer work this morning with a few others for a mini training day. She did very well on marks, blinds and honoring. And a fine job on finding a sailed bird that hid in some thick brush in the next field over. I didn’t know exactly where it went - but she put that nose to work and actually pointed. Then went in and dug it out with a nice retrieve.

Are you running neuse the following weekend? It’s still pending right now but they should open it soon.
We used to have some land leased adjacent to the property they run those tests in Cheraw for squirrel hunting. They had some big turn outs at times from what we could see in passing.
No, I'll be at Advance in October and hopefully back again in November - We have an HRC test in November also
