Remington 740 Magazine

Does anyone know where a guy could find a factory magazine for a 740 remington chambered in 30-06? Had one lost in a fire and need a replacement but cant find a source online other than ebay and waiting out 2 auctions there. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Numrich has them marked in 270 and in 35 Whelen if you don't mind that. It would be simple to remark them if concern over someone else using the rifle.

Pretty sure these are magazines made for the European market as to hunt with a semi automatic centerfire rifle in the European Union you have to have no more than 3 rounds in your rifle

The 760 magazine will also work, it just wont hold the bolt after the last cartridge. Hopefully the new Remington will start producing them again with the 760/7600.

My .30-06 760 Carbine just sold on Gunbroker for $1900 + the shipping and fees, but I still have 2 used mags. To be stamped sheet metal, they are very pricey these days.
