Old Mossy Horns
I think there was a thread earlier about someone asking about building a pigeon coop. I just built this one. The goal was to do it with a budget of $150.00. You can buy all the materials save the pigeon door for about $165.00. I don't have a workshop or many tools...I built this with a cordless drill and circular saw. I used a finish nailer as wll but mostly for an extra set of hands/glue/clamp.
I built the table frame on pressure treated 2x4's, built and attached the walls, and added an ondura roofing panel.
If I were to do something differently I'd have a better plan for the aviary. It's scabbed together and looks trashier than the rest of the coop. Hardware cloth is miserable stuff to work with but I found a dremel with a cutting wheel is the best tool for cutting it if you don't have an angle grunder (I don't.)
