Pan fried Walleye & Flathead catfish

My better half and I gotta hankering for some fish. I went digging in the freezer and came back with some walleye and flathead catfish to fry. Also whipped up some macaroni salad, toss salad, and threw some new potatoes in the oven to bake.
We had a meal fit for royalty.

Our meal wasn't really a recipe, but it sure was tasty. I thought I would brag a little. [emoji3]

I wonder how often walleye and flathead catfish are served on the same plate. Can't be that often. Looks great, though.

Not a normal thing here either. I wanted walleye, she wanted catfish. So what to do....fix both.

Cucumber
Onion
Mayo
Salt & pepper
Been making it so long, no measuring needed.
You just know when it the right consistency.
