Organic Steak quesadilla

Thin Shaved some backstraps from Sat, through in hot skillet with salt and pepper then put on a quesadilla with cheese into the hot oven for a few minutes

I had to fight my daughters for it. Doesn’t get anymore organic than this... I’m the only human to have ever touched this deer.
